Client litigators represent global businesses, financial institutions, and government agencies in complicated and significant cases. Our attorneys handle pre-trial, trial, and appeal cases in federal and state courts, as well as administrative litigation, grand jury investigations, and arbitrations. Requirements

  • 6-12 years of complex commercial and business litigation experience.
  • Strong research skills and oral communication.
  • Strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses.

Qualifications

  • Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.
  • Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
