Sabot Freight Services, Inc. Linehaul Driver Job Description

 

Sabot Freight Services Inc. is a transportation contractor of FedEx providing overnight line-haul services from Richmond, VA to surrounding states. Territories include Greensboro, NC; Hagerstown, MD; Harrisburg, PA; Martinsburg, WV. Full or Part time available.

 

Requirements:

  • Must possess a CDL driving license; minimum of 1 years' CDL driving experience within the past 3 years, 3 years' CDL driving experience in the past 5 years or 5 years' CDL driving experience in the past 10 years.
  • Must have/ be willing to obtain Doubles Endorsement
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass an initial and random drug screenings
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $0.50 per mile, $30 per spot trailer, $10 drop and hook
  • No touch freight
  • Weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses
  • Benefits include health insurance and simple IRA
