Job Summary

The Mirbeau Inn & Spa is seeking experienced Group Fitness Certified in Yoga, Barre, and Pilates. The perfect Mirbeau team member will be personable and enthusiastic about helping our guests find the necessary balance and healing. We are looking for estheticians with experience in a Spa environment; but an outgoing, friendly, and guest-oriented personality are just as important.

Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Be on time on your shift, prompt with each class and perform services to Mirbeau guests within the appropriate allocated time for the service
  • Provide consistent professional wellness services in accordance with Mirbeau Guidelines
  • Be flexible with schedule, supporting the needs of the spa
  • Lead group and one-on-one classes
  • Create a class experience that shows personality and skills
  • Lead a safe, fun, and creative class with a genuine interest in student success
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio space
  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as instructed by the Spa Director/Wellness & Membership Manager and Mirbeau policies and procedures
  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
  • Possess the ability to work without direct supervision
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
  • Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings
  • Communicate to management immediately if any and all occurrences involving difficult guests or staff in the spa that require immediate attention

Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements

  • Appropriate certifications required
  • Gym/Fitness/Studio experience required
  • Knowledge of basic fitness techniques and practices, and a willingness to learn new things
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with a strong desire to provide exceptional client service
