Restoration Technician

Duties and Requirements:

• Work closely with Crew Chiefs to ensure customers’ needs are met
• Respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency service requests including fire & water damage mitigation, mold remediation, HVAC ductwork cleaning, board up/temporary repairs
• Perform restoration activities, as needed (e.g., demolition, cleaning, content manipulation, etc.) and oversee work quality and completion of junior technicians
• Thoroughly document the job process, from start-to-finish, in real time using latest technology 
• Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening 
• Must possess a clean driving record
• Construction experience preferred
• Must be able to respond to losses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during rotating on-call shift schedule
