*Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry and labor tasks as required on construction sites.
- Knowledge of concrete preparation and pouring is preferred, or willingness to learn.
- Compensation will be based on experience, tools owned, and a willingness to acquire new skills.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.
**Pay Rate:** $18.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience, tools, and skills)
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Previous carpentry or construction experience is a plus but not required.
