Job description

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper/Payroll Paraprofessional. Our ideal candidate has experience with bookkeeping, payroll and tax. The ideal candidate also has experience using programs such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

  1. Bookkeeping and Payroll experience
  2. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting payable/receivable principles
  3. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  4. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  5. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office
  7. Customer service orientation.
  8. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
