Help students conquer math challenges and inspire a love for numbers. If you are a college student or recent graduate with a passion for math and teaching, we want you on our team.

We offer a safe and fun environment working with students K – 12 grades and help them advance in math. Share your love of math and help students build confidence. We offer a part-time role with 3 shifts a week. We are open after school and on weekends so you can balance work with your studies and other activities. Our world-class curriculum is built upon the Mathnasium Method™— the result of decades of hands-on instruction and development

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities

Job Type: In-Person & Part-Time

Compensation: $17.00 ~ $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 shifts a week
• Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 1 PM - 7 PM
• Weekends: Saturday, 9 AM - 1 PM
