Job Summary: To manage the warehouse, inventory and purchasing operations of the company; ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, oversee all warehouse functions. Clear and concise communications with management and outside vendors. Adherence and enforcement of companys No Will Call policy. Implementation and enforcement of companys purchasing policy. The overall supervision of the companys warehouse team members and the profitability, efficiency and accurate stocking of equipment for installation and service jobs.

Pay: Salary starting at $60k, Top Pay for Top Talent
Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education

Hours: 7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends

Required Qualifications:
Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
High school diploma or its equivalent
HVAC and/or Plumbing industry knowledge is recommended, but not required
Computer skills
Management experience
Ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced customer service skills
Ability to set and manage timeline goals
Strong problem solving skills
Energetic personality
Professional phone skills
