Location: Rosemont (Hybrid)

Pay Rate Range: $54K - $60K/Year

Job Responsibilities:

· Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments to vendors.

· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Assist in the preparation and processing of expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the general ledger system.

· Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.

· Provide support to the finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.


Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging role.

· Previous internship or work experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus.

· Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

· Certification or eligibility to pursue certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
