Summary


Our prospective client is a leading private equity-backed B2C provider of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services. With multiple locations across Florida, from Miami to Alabama, they are experiencing significant change and growth across several fronts. Their key initiatives include improving procurement processes, optimizing call center operations, assessing dispatch fees, and evaluating marketing spend across various channels. They aim to enhance these functions over the next six months and are seeking a strong PMO leader to guide these initiatives to success.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee multiple ongoing initiatives.
  • Drive the successful implementation of procurement, call center operations, dispatch fee assessments, and marketing spend evaluations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve overall business operations.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the PMO team.


Ideal Profile:


  • Extensive operational experience within private equity portfolio companies (PE portcos) is required.
  • Proven track record in setting up a PMO in the Transformation / Value Creation space for PE portco(s).
  • High sense of urgency and execution-focused, accustomed to working at a rapid pace in an agile environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a broad understanding of various business areas such as marketing, procurement, sales, and finance.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively coordinating across different stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or services business is a plus.
