Responsibilities:
Leadership and Operations Management:
Provide visionary leadership and accountability for the Physician Navigator team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in care operations.
Lead daily operations in the clinic, optimizing workflows, scheduling, staffing, and float coverage to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Collaborate with physicians across multiple markets in fertility clinics, care sites, physician leadership, and key channel partners to build strong working relationships and achieve organizational goals.
Patient Navigation and Care Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for patients and key channel partners, guiding them through Posterity Health's service offerings, value propositions, and next steps.
Establish strong rapport with fertility center staff members and closely collaborate with our MDs to manage patient schedules and ensure timely care delivery.
Address patient escalations promptly and ensure satisfactory resolution of their questions and concerns regarding care and billing.
Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement:
Lead the clinic teams in problem-solving to address issues related to patient safety, care quality, and service excellence, setting a high standard for performance and execution.
Drive quality initiatives and manage quality metrics, working closely with leadership to identify opportunities for performance improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Team Development and Culture Building:
Act as a leader within the organization, fostering team cohesion, professional growth, and support among Physician Navigators.
Play a critical role in developing the culture of the Physician Navigator team, emphasizing respect, inclusion, integrity, teamwork, and excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
Two years of Athena (or other EMR experience) required; healthcare or specialty clinic experience preferred.
Two years of management experience in a high-volume environment
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability to meet changing demands.
