Responsibilities

• Greet clients entering the showroom and field their requests
• Answer telephones and direct to the correct personnel
• Manage receipts and cash transactions
• Filing and reporting
• Stocking client waiting area with drinks and snacks
• Provide support to management

Requirements

• Associates degree; bachelor’s degree a major plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when communicating via email
• Excellent typing skills 
• Comfort in interacting with clients via phone
• Professional dress code
• Able to work in a “Four Seasons” style work environment
