Our operating hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday 12-9 PM
  • Friday 12- 12 AM
  • Saturday 11- 12 AM
  • Sunday 11- 9 PM

As our Head Chef - Culinary Operations Manager, you excel at orchestrating a symphony of flavors and aromas in our bustling kitchen. Your day begins with overseeing cooking activities, ensuring that each dish meets our exacting standards of quality and presentation. As the visionary behind Gerry's Restaurant and Bar, you effectively collaborate with our talented kitchen team to craft inspired menus that captivate our diners' palates. From managing inventory to maintaining impeccable food safety standards, every moment is an opportunity to showcase your leadership prowess and talent for cooking.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

  • 2+ years of experience as a head chef
  • Food safety certification
  • Menu development experience
  • Ability to handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in following recipes
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literacy (ability to navigate inventory management programs)
