You are the first person to meet guests upon arrival and will be responsible for keeping customers update in our service department. • Answer any issues or complaints made by guests and come up with solutions quickly
• Take and distribute messages or mail, and reroute calls by answering the phone and making reservations
• Receive guests upon arrival, welcome them to the property, and confirm their reservations
• Function as a contact point for guests seeking support or information and taking care of their needs and expectations

• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• Knowledge of the local area to make recommendations for a variety of services
• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills
