Working Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The Warehouse Clerk will play a crucial role in our organization, primarily responsible for processing Warehouse efficiently and accurately. Additionally, the successful candidate will be flexible to fill in at other stations when there are no Warehouse or as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Inspect returned items for damages and determine appropriate actions, such as restocking, repair, or disposal.

· Coordinate with various departments to resolve return-related issues and provide necessary support.

· Maintain accurate records of returned items, including tracking numbers, reasons for return, and actions taken..

· Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing returned items.

· Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and resolve any return-related concerns.

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

·Cross-train and fill in at other stations or departments as needed during non-peak return periods.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and fill in at other stations or departments when required.

· Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items as needed.
