Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the construction or natural stone industry. As a Sales Representative, you will work closely with custom home builders and homeowners to help design, plan, estimate, and close deals on custom stone fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with custom home builders, designers, and homeowners.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
  • Project Design and Planning: Collaborate with clients to create custom stone designs, providing expert advice on materials, finishes, and installation.
  • Estimating and Quoting: Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates and quotes, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to project completion, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Closing Deals: Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the natural stone, construction, or related industries.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of natural stone materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate estimates and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and design tools (CAD experience is a plus).
  • Valid Drivers License: Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
