ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Digital Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and digital presence of our diverse clients as well as our own brand. This position requires a blend of creativity, research prowess, and strategic thinking to develop comprehensive content strategies that align with each client's business goals.

You will be at the forefront of content innovation, crafting pillars, web/experience strategies, social media approaches, and channel recommendations that drive engagement and results.

ABOUT THE WORK:

Content Strategy and Innovation:

Market Research & Audience Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand client needs, competitor landscape, and target audience, informing impactful content strategies aligned with brand voice and business goals.Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to define content goals, themes, and distribution channels, ensuring the strategy translates into high-quality content.Content Planning & Optimization: Create detailed content plans with content pillars, web and social media strategies, and channel recommendations for enhanced digital presence and engagement.Data-Driven Content Performance: Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with short- and long-term marketing goals, including brand growth and engagement. Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to make data-driven adjustments and optimize digital marketing efforts.Content Innovation & Technology Integration: Stay ahead of content trends and leverage technology advancements (particularly AI) to continuously improve content offerings and optimize team processes through prompt design and documentation.Content Quality & Ethics: Ensure generated content meets quality standards, aligns with ethical guidelines, and supports organizational objectives.Social Media Management:

Social Media Strategy & Planning: Plan, manage, and execute social media content for owned channels, partnering with creative teams to create engaging content across platforms and build and maintain online communities.Social Media Content Calendar & Scheduling: Populate social media content calendars and schedule and post content based on deadlines.Social Media Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze social media performance, competitor activity, and trends to identify areas for improvement. Recommend data-driven strategies and content adjustments to optimize performance and achieve marketing goals.Additional Responsibilities:

Craft internal, public relations, and agency promotional materials.Present work to internal and external stakeholders.Act as a liaison with creative teams and other departments to ensure continuity and efficiency.Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company's success.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content strategy or a related field.Strong research skills and the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content strategies.Creative writing skills to be applied in presentation creation, social media posts, and editorial content.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Extensive knowledge of social platforms, their purpose, and how to create content, post content, and optimize for better performance.Effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to managing campaigns across teams.Innovation and learning mindset by staying informed and activating developments in AI, marketing technologies, and content trends.Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Experience with AI tools, including Gemini and ChatGPT.Familiarity with prompt engineering basics and content generation tools, ensuring outputs align with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience engagement strategies.Experience in Brand Planning and Communications
