Responsibilities
Client Shadowing: Assist experienced agents in client consultations, learning how to understand and address client insurance needs.
Support Calls: Aid in handling incoming calls, observing how questions are addressed, and solutions provided.

Requirements
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Licensure: Ability to obtain relevant insurance licenses during the apprenticeship program.
