This role involves prepping PCs, laptops, and other related equipment to ensure they meet our clients' needs and standards. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and configure PCs, laptops, and other hardware according to company standards.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly tested and functioning after deployment.
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and service logs.
  • Assist with the setup and installation of equipment at client sites as needed.
  • Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications:
