Warehouse Leads are a first line information resource for warehouse personnel. This key position within the warehouse team will ensure that warehouse flow is effective and necessary information is available to complete tasks efficiently. This position is tasked with eliminating barriers that impede efficiency while enhancing the quality of the services we provide and the processes we utilize.

Dutie and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and communicate overall warehouse plans/schedules.

· Oversee inventory control, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.

· Conduct daily cycle counts, works with manager to resolve all discrepancies.

· Mentor warehouse staff in the use of equipment and processes. Ensure all forklift training and certifications are completed and remain current at all times.

· Communicate potential performance issues to the Operations Manager and supply data as necessary.

· Monitor overall daily warehouse performance and identify/discuss potential improvements with management.

· Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.

· Ensures Warehouse operators have necessary materials and tools to safely and efficiently complete job duties.

· Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts management/purchasing if supplies are needed.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must have manual dexterity to assemble products and operate machines as directed.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent motivational skills.
