Seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. Responsible for safely operating forklifts and other equipment to transport and stack materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Safely operate forklifts and lifting equipment.
  • Transport and stack materials.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Load and unload materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Perform basic maintenance on equipment.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Cross-train in other departments as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Lift equipment license.
  • Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
  • Basic literacy and math skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Availability for overtime as required.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be licensed to operate lift equipment (Licensing may be through internal or external training).
  • 3 months experience operating High Reach Fork Lift equipment - will be trained and certified in-house.
  • Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and exercise basic mathematical skills.
  • Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions in basic English.
  • Able to work overtime as the Business requires.
  • Work environment may be exposed to powders, chemicals, and allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish).

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
