IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform fundamentals, data understanding, Power BI skills, hands-on experience in Power Apps and Flows, and a basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, a self-learning attitude, attention to detail, and excellent documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals:

   • Demonstrated knowledge of Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

2. Data Understanding:

   • Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
   • Familiarity with concepts like tables, records, and relationships crucial for working with Power Platform.

3. Power BI Skills:

   • Basic skills in creating visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Power BI.
   • Good understanding of data modeling and relationships in Power BI.

4. Hands-on Experience:

   • Practical experience with building simple Power Apps, creating Flows, and developing basic Power BI reports.

5. AI Basics:

   • Familiarity with basic concepts of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing.
   • Knowledgeable in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector to research and enhance efficiency, precision, and innovation driven by recent advancements in artificial intelligence initiatives (desired but not mandatory).

6. Educational Background:

   • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
   • A related field is a plus but not mandatory.
