K&M Manufacturing is excited to announce our 2024 Internship Program. The program is designed to kick-start your career and provide real-world experience in your chosen profession. Interns will further develop their skills and knowledge by completing project-based work that addresses real business experience. The program also connects participants with leadership at various levels of the organization and provides an inside view of our Company’s environment and culture. The program structure includes an end-of-program project presentation by the intern to members of the management team. 

K&M Manufacturing is currently searching for an intern to join our Marketing department. You will be assigned a specific project that will not only maximize your potential but add great value to our company

Some of the responsibilities will include: 

  • Edits and enhances photos in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Assist with shooting studio product photos and organization of photos in Adobe Bridge
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to develop creative and visually appealing content for various marketing materials such as sell sheets, flyers, social media graphics, and website content.
  • Ensures that all photos and graphics are of high quality and align with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a library of photos for future use.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in photo editing and graphic design.
  • Collaborates with other team members on marketing projects and provide support as needed.

What we are seeking in an intern:  

  • Pursuing a graphic design, web design, marketing or related degree.  
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. 
  • Insight into using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Strong design skills.
  • An Interest in photo editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated.
