Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute psychiatric episodes.

Qualifications:

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

- Completion of an accredited residency program in Psychiatry.

- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.

- Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey.

- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in providing services to children with serious emotional or behavioral health challenges and their families
