Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall delivery of services
- Interface with government management personnel, staffing of all tasks, formulating and enforcing work standards
- Create personnel and project schedules
- Review work discrepancies and communicate government policies, purposes and goals to the team
- Communicate and manage staff work allocations and assignment progress to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- 10 plus years experience with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management & Leadership, or equivalent relevant Master's Degree or 15 plus years of experience with an equivalent relevant Bachelor's Degree
- Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification, or DAWIA Level III Program Management (PM)
- Active Secret Security clearance
