Role Mission:

The Marketing Manager aims to generate and nurture new leads and engage, delight, and retain our current customers by designing and executing an engaging and relevant marketing plan across various mediums, such as digital marketing, email marketing, and search.


The primary responsibility of our Marketing Manager is to:

  • Drive and coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
  • SEO Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to optimize website traffic and generate pipeline leads, including website updates.
  • Create and distribute weekly newsletters featuring relevant content and updates to subscribers.
  • Manage and maintain the company's presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Ticktock, creating and curating content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop engaging travel blogs, brochures, and promotional emails for various purposes aligned with SEO objectives to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Partner with the team to develop strategic plans to address trends and maximize opportunities.


Experience Required:

  • 4-5 years of experience creating content that leads to sales and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of website analytics tools and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva) and experience developing visual content for marketing campaigns.
  • Highly organized and able to create and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker passionate about staying updated on industry and platform trends. 
  • Prior experience in the Luxury Travel Industry is preferred.
