Position Overview: We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled Roofers to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients on-site with roofing issues
• Prepare cost estimates
• Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
• Inspect roofing structures and components including beams and trusses
• Use testing devices to identify and report roofing problems and repair or replace damaged areas
• Install safety and roofing components (e.g., shingles, tiles, waterproofing materials, etc.)
• Ensure proper alignment and fit of roofing materials
• Use hand and power tools
• Adhere to state and local building regulations
• Complete work orders on time and ensure timely and effective resolution
• Create records of materials used
• Fully understand local and federal regulations for safe roofing systems
• Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details
• Provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance
• Communicate technical information clearly and understandably
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution
• Follow safety rules on field visits and be aware of industry regulations to make sure everything is done the right way

Requirements:

• Valid roofing license or certification
• Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
• Proven experience in commercial and residential roofing systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
