Our Lewiston team has a per diem Triage RN position

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide support to staff and provide telephone interventions to maintain patients safely in their home, including scheduling home visits as needed. Collaborate with Physician practices and hospital staff to influence effective management of patients in their homes.

EDUCATION: Graduate of professional school of nursing with state and regional accreditation required; NLN accreditation required; Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Three years of recent clinical nursing experience required. Must have Hospice Experience, Experience in a Home Health setting and/or Case Management.

LICENSURE & CERTIFICATION: Current RN license in the State of Maine; current CPR certification; nationally Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse preferred.
