WHAT WE ARE?

The Camp Transformation Center Monrovia is part of a brand of fitness centers located throughout the United States. The goal is to become the most iconic brand in the industry. We strive to provide our members with a unique workout experience providing services and products to help our members achieve fitness transformations. Our location is searching for the right candidate to help us achieve this goal.

WHO WE ARE?

Our studio has an upbeat, energetic, and engaging culture. Our sessions are filled with energetic music, members working hard, and having fun. During our sessions and we strive to engage our members in conversations about their goals and help them one day at time by creating suggestive service and product opportunities that will help them reach those goals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone that is energetic, loves to make conversation, and isn't afraid to make suggestive sales to help us reach our sales goals. We are wanting goal oriented people that find a way to achieve at a high level. We will train you, you just need to bring the personality and drive. We are primarily looking to hire people to work 5am to10:30am Monday- Friday or 4:45pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 6:30am-11:00am. Expect 10-25 hours per week.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

We start our entry level front desk at $16 an hour and have created a sales commission structure that isn't capped that will have you making more based on how well you preform. We are always looking for way to incentivize and reward our team as we continue to grow. You will be provided a staff membership to join sessions when you are not scheduled to work, we also have a 401(k) plan available (upon qualification). After the probationary period you will also be provided a free buddy membership for an immediate relative or spouse or a reduced membership for a non relative or loved one.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet, Welcome, and check in members

  • Make suggestive sales by building relations with our members
  • Make 20-25 phone calls per shift to prospective clients
  • Handle appointments to acquire new memberships
