We are seeking to expand our client's Business Reorganization Team with the addition of a highly qualified attorney with 2-4 years of experience. Significant experience in resolving or litigating complex business disputes and strong academic achievement is required. Prior commercial bankruptcy experience in both main cases and adversary proceedings, taking depositions, appearing in court and prior judicial clerkship is preferred. The candidate will possess the analytical skills to grasp the legal intricacies of complex disputes and the competitive spirit needed to thrive in the adversarial court arena as well as exhibit excellent communication skills, good judgment, and excellence in legal writing. Strong organizational and time management skills are also required.
