The Council for Community and Economic Research (C2ER) undertakes data collection efforts nationwide to compile a Cost-of-Living Calculator, updated quarterly. WSB, as a member, collaborates with C2ER by providing quarterly data updates for the El Paso region. WSB engages independent data collectors to gather information from three designated areas in El Paso (East, Northeast, and West). This meticulous process ensures the accuracy of cost representations in the El Paso region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently collect data within the specified area of El Paso during designated weekends in April, July, and January.

• Adhere to data collection protocols provided by C2ER and WSB.

• Ensure the accurate and timely submission of collected data.

Experience and Education Requirements

• College research experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Possess strong attention to detail.

Compensation:

For this contracted short-term work opportunity, independent contractors will receive a fixed payment of $200 for each quarterly survey data compilation.
