Purchasing Analyst

Job Overview

Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full time Tier 1 Purchasing Analyst to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that is self-motivated and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in cross-functional team projects to support the supply chain's procurement objectives.
• Support data analysis efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for supply chain improvements.
• Represent procurement in supplier engagements.
• Communicate promptly any order delays and information to all relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing costs and streamlining processes.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the procurement team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with both internal team members and external suppliers.
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
