Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with Greencroft Communities’ affiliates to prevent Medicaid and assistance delays.
  • Proactively address account issues and communicate with affiliate VPs and managers.
  • Assist with Medicaid applications, audit accounts, and handle third-party billing.
  • Serve as the liaison with collection agencies and legal counsel.
  • Innovate to automate and streamline billing and collection processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of collections experience.
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
