Who are we?

We are Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc (BILT, inc.) Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. works to enrich the lives of people with disabilities through compassionate support. Our team is committed to bridging the gap of care to enhance individuals' independence, maximize their capabilities, and provide meaningful community inclusion by assisting and supporting their choices with regard to housing, socialization, learning, employment opportunities and recreational activities.

We work as direct care staff in a 1-1 setting. We anticipate that our staff are able to provide professional, compassionate support to our individuals and their families. RBT, BCaBA and Behavior technicians are strongly encouraged to apply. Our pay rate is based off of experience and college education. We do offer a competitive wage.


Our ideal candidate would be:

  • Should have a background working in settings where Applied Behavior Analysis practices have been utilized, special education background and/or have experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
  • Someone who is passionate about the work that they do.
  • Willing to learn to complete intake assessments, assist with clinical work, and received feedback from BCBA
  • Has drive to work independently, but is capable of working in a team setting as well.
  • Is flexible and dependable.

We have all positions and hours available throughout MA. Ideally we would like to have someone work 20-30 hours a week but happy to be flexible with more or less hours. We do anticipate our staff being able and willing to drive 30-45mins each day. We do require a valid driver's license and car insurance for our staff. Our program is very community based in the sense that we work on functional skills while in the community.
