We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities. This position requires the ability to travel between multiple locations: Auburn, Antelope and Orangevale.
Schedule
- This is a full-time position
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm

Key Qualifications and Skills
- Current CA RDA licensure
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Must enjoy working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to travel between multiple office locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment.
- Take dental x-rays according to dentist's orders.
- Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (tooth brushing, flossing, etc.)
- Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment.
- Provide administrative support when necessary.
- Travel between three offices - Auburn, Antelope, and Orangevale - as needed.
