About the Job:

As the Lawn Care Crew Leader, you will be in charge of managing a team of lawn care technicians, delegating tasks, and coordinating schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time. You will also be responsible for training new team members on proper lawn care techniques and equipment operation. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the course of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of lawn care technicians in completing various lawn care projects
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
• Train new team members on proper lawn care techniques and equipment operation
• Coordinate schedules and delegate tasks as needed
