This position is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am-6pm. Personal Home Care Plus is looking for a compassionate CNA to join our growing team The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.

Requirements

  • Provides support for activities of daily living which include:
  • Homemaker
  • Personal care services for the client in his/her home as identified
  • Taught and monitored by the PHC Plus based on the individual client needs

Responsibilities
