• $20.00-$32.00/hour
• Starting pay is based on experience and skill

Responsibilities

• HVAC Installation:Installers are responsible for carrying out HVAC installations, ensuring the proper installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to recognized procedures and techniques.
• Replacement and Alterations: Installers are responsible for handling HVAC system replacements and alterations, following established guidelines and industry standards to ensure efficient and effective modifications or upgrades.
• Compliance with State and Local Requirements:Installers must adhere to state and local regulations and requirements pertaining to HVAC installations. They are responsible for ensuring that all installations, replacements, and alterations are carried out in full compliance with these regulations.
• Quality Assurance:Installers are responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship, ensuring that all HVAC installations meet quality and safety standards. They must perform thorough inspections and testing to verify the proper functioning of the installed systems.
• Documentation:Installers are responsible for accurately documenting all aspects of their work, including installation details, measurements, materials used, and any necessary permits or certifications. They should maintain clear and organized records for future reference and compliance purposes.
• Customer Service:Installers should prioritize customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing customer concerns or questions, and ensuring clear communication throughout the installation process. They should represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
• Safety:Installers must prioritize safety during all aspects of their work, following established safety protocols and guidelines. They should be knowledgeable about potential hazards and take necessary precautions to protect themselves and others on the job

Job requirements

• Installation, Connection, and Adjustment:The job requires the ability to install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers using appropriate hand tools.
• Compliance with Standards and Procedures:The candidate must comply with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures, including safety and ethical standards, and maintain a clean work area.
• Inspection and Testing:The candidate should be capable of inspecting and testing HVAC systems to ensure compliance and identify malfunctions.
• Equipment Assembly and Mounting:The job involves assembling, positioning, and mounting heating/cooling equipment according to specified plans.
• Record Keeping:Accurate record keeping of all faults, deficiencies, time, and materials expended on work orders is required.
• Paperwork Completion:The candidate must complete all required paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
• Relevant Experience:Any prior experience in the HVAC trade is desired.
• Hardline Requirement:A valid driver's license is a must.
• Experience Level:The ideal candidate should have 3-5 yearsprior experience in the field, indicating an experienced level of proficiency.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
