CHCFC is looking for Receptionists to be the welcoming face of our health center, playing a key role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for our patients, offering a warm greeting and professional assistance.
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth flow and a pleasant visit.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care, acting as a liaison between patients and clinical staff.
  • Handle patient information with care, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in our Electronic Health Record system.
  • Support our community by connecting patients with resources to address insurance and health-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant training preferred.
  • Experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus.
