Centrotherm Eco Systems is looking for an HR Intern to assist the HR manager with recruitment/onboarding, maintenance of employee records, and providing administrative support to all employees. This is a Paid Internship.

Job Duties:

  • Maintains confidentiality in matters related to all functions of Human Resources.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital copies of employees' records.
  • Create and post job requisitions in the applicant portal, review and qualify applicants ensuring they meet the minimum qualifications, and schedule video, virtual, and in-person interviews with applicants.
  • Complete all onboarding activities, such as background checks, offer letters, and other new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with staffing needs by working with staffing agencies.
  • Helping where necessary during the pre-boarding and onboarding of employees, i.e., staying in touch with them, answering their questions, sending them relevant material, and so on.
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
  • Assist the HR Manager in coordinating company or department events such as training, team building, holiday parties, or company outings.
Requirements:

Experience and Required Skills:

  • Required Qualifications: Education At least a sophomore at the time of application and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the field of Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing
  • Language Fluency English (Written & Verbal)Ability to work 40 hours per week during the internship
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning & organizational skills
  • Ability to think creatively & outside the box
