Local State Farm Agency, located in Burbank, CA is expanding and we are looking for a driven marketing insurance specialist. You will be calling potential clients who have requested insurance quotes online and reviewing quote options, following guidelines to submit the application and closing the sale. Insurance licensing is preferred but we will train the right person with the right skill set You must be able to obtain a Personal lines or Property and Casualty license prior to start date.


Job Description:

I need someone who can smile and dial, with an energetic fun personality who is not afraid to make a large amount of calls a daily.

  • You must be comfortable with overcoming objections, calling, texting and emailing, on a schedule, to reach the customer and ask for the sale.
  • Some service may be required (i.e. taking payments etc).
  • Must be willing to make a lot of outbound contacts This is not cold calling these are warm leads with all the customer information (i.e. driver licenses , year make and model of cars etc)
