$60,000 + at plan commission

• Perform comprehensive financial evaluations and analyses to guide clients toward meeting their financial goals.
• Collaborate with our team to develop customized financial strategies that align with clients’ unique goals, risk preferences, and economic situations.
• Engage in continuous learning to counsel on investment options, retirement preparation, estate planning, and various other fiscal matters.
• Foster enduring client connections by maintaining open lines of communication and consistent interaction.
• Act as a trusted consultant, offering unwavering support that resonates with our clients’ financial aspirations.
• Regularly reassess client investment portfolios and modify planning approaches as necessary, in consultation with our industry’s specialists.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• Being detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional client service is important.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and market trends is necessary.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field is required, or previous experience as a Financial Advisor or a similar role.
• Preferably licensed, but not required, Series 6 & 63 licenses, and life and health licenses.
