Part-time Direct Support Paraprofessional
Direct support working with a young woman, in her thirties with developmental disabilities, within her own home and community of Maplewood, NJ. The ideal candidate will be patient, soft spoken and nurturing, with stamina to move freely and easily in the home and community. They will also have experience in working with people who have Autism, OCD and are ABA trained. The young woman has two other roommates who live with her and she is supported daily by a managed care provider, www.mywilo.org. Candidate will be working with a team of people within the agency and her home. Great communication with family and managed care provider is critical for her success.
Part-time positions offered. 15-30 hrs per week at a rate of $19.25 per hour. Must have driver’s license and transportation.
