This position is located in one of our small residential group homes in Westfield, MA. The pay rate is $22.00/hr. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN An ASSISTANT PROGRAM MANAGER
To excel in this role at Pathlight, you'll need a strong foundation in Human Services, direct care support, basic health care, and instructional techniques. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical and/or behavioral needs is crucial. Along with specialized training or courses, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, a valid driver's license is a must-have for this position.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Human Services, provide direct care support for basic routine health care, basic teaching instruction, previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities with complex medical and/or behavioral needs. Equivalent to high school diploma plus specialized training/courses i.e.: MAP, CPR and First Aid Training. Must have valid driver's license and with a clear driving record, pass a CORI background check
