What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who brings a positive attitude, strong technical skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician
  • EPA Type II Certification: Preferred, reflecting a solid understanding of industry standards.
  • HVAC Code Knowledge: Familiarity with local HVAC codes and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with HVAC tools, equipment, and measurement devices.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
  • Emergency Repair Capabilities: Efficiently performing emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
  • System Maintenance: Experience in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and safety regulations.
  • Customer Education: Educating clients on services and products, and providing clear, accurate quotes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communicator with the ability to explain technical information and use iPad/Android software.
  • Independent & Team Work: Capable of working independently with initiative, or as part of a team.
  • Physical Ability: Capability to perform job duties, including lifting equipment, working in confined spaces, and climbing ladders.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Required for the role.
  • Background Check & Drug Test: Must pass both.
