We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Associate to join our company to bring disrupting technologies to the life science market. The company is founded by academic and industrial pioneers in life science technologies. The leadership team includes seasoned biotech entrepreneurs and reputable inventors with a strong track record of bringing innovative technologies from concept to commercialization.

In this role, you will: 

  • Support all operation functional teams from assembly to kitting, shipping and receiving 
  • Manage inventory and non-inventory items
  • Assembly parts into subcomponents, or finished goods
  • Maintain production batch records, GMP, and good documentation practices 
  • Track production metrics, test data, and inventory accurately 
  • Manipulate and handle delicate, sensitive, fragile, and small foot-print materials
  • Formulate and dispense various reagents and buffers
  • Operate and own complex fluidic systems set up and maintenance
  • Collaborate and support other functional teams to accomplish production and company goals 
  • Perform manufacturing tasks per batch records (BR), and work instructions (WI)
  • Assist in writing and updating BR and WI
  • Perform and track lab equipment standard PM
  • Support and lead NCMR, Deviation, ECO, and CAPA efforts accordingly
  • Support and execute IQ/OQ/PQs process as appropriate
  • Contribute to building the culture of a fast growing company



You have:

  • An Associate or Bachelor’s degree of Science, Engineering, or a High School degree with relevant experiences
  • 3+ years of GMP experiences, ISO 9001 is preferred
  • Great attention to details, and an ability to follow protocols 
  • Good dexterity and hand-on experience with manipulating small sensitive objects in a clean laboratory environment 
  • Understand kitting, packaging, shipping, receiving and warehouse logistics workflow
  • Experience with basic lab equipment e.g. pipettes, pH meter, centrifuge, microscope, etc. 
  • Understand standard unit of measure – microliter/mililiter, micrometer, mole, molarity
  • Experience with concentration measurement, and dilution
  • Basic understanding of flow rate, density, pressure, and concentration
  • Experience with NGS – oligos, fluorescence dyes, dNTP, and clean room environment (optional)
  • Working knowledge of an inventory and quality management systems
  • Strive for continuous improvement
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Ability to quickly acquire new techniques and knowledge
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 20 - 50 pounds


The Base Salary Range for this position is $31 - $41 per hour. Curio Bioscience considers various factors, including professional background and work experience, when determining base pay. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
