Position: Lead Electrician- Journeyman

Recruiting Pains Contract is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrician- Journeyman to join our team. This is a full-time position that will primarily focus on commercial fast food service projects for our client company.

As the Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical work on our client's projects. This includes ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to safety standards and regulations, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of electricians and apprentices in completing electrical projects for our client company

- Plan and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial fast food service settings

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and wiring of electrical systems

- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions

- Ensure all work is completed according to local and national electrical codes

- Communicate with project managers and clients to provide updates on project progress and any potential issues

- Train and mentor apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge in the electrical trade

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

- Valid Journeyman Electrician license

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an electrician, preferably in commercial settings

- Previous experience in fast food service projects is an asset

- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed
