Position Title:  Dock Representative

Department:    Tour Operations

Reporting To:  Dock Operations Supervisor

Dock Reps are responsible for meeting and providing introductory information to all arriving guests who are on scheduled tours. Applicants must have strong customer service skills and be capable of positively representing the company to cruise lines, partners and customers.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Provide support to tour sites by communicating tour counts, dispatching departures, distributing marketing materials and maintaining sales records.
• Use knowledge of tour products to perform initial screening on all participants to determine their eligibility to participate.
• Clearly communicate logistical and other problems that arise and assist in determining the best possible solution.
• Work closely with supervisors and co-workers to assist to ensure all departures and administrative tasks are completed.
