We are currently seeking a Supervisor Trainee to promote and sell products and assist in developing a strong sales pipeline through direct communication methods. The Supervisor Trainee will utilize active listening and consultative sales techniques to establish viable relationships with customers resulting in new business opportunities and increased profit share for our clients. We are currently seeking energetic, dynamic sales and business enthusiasts to join our growing Supervisor Trainee team in the local Virginia Beach area.

Responsibilities of the Supervisor Trainee:

• Interact directly with existing customers to develop and maintain strong relationships, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within our company
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell our clients’ products and services, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
• Rotate through various departments to gain exposure to different aspects of the organization's operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Receive regular feedback and performance evaluations from mentors and supervisors to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Serve as a liaison between clients and sales support teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional service and support

Desired Skills and Experience for the Supervisor Trainee:

• A college degree in a business-related field is preferred, but not required

• Available to work mornings, evenings, and some weekends

• Proven leadership or management experience is a huge plus
