YOUR LIFE AS A PLUMBER SUPERVISOR - PLUMBING MANAGER

As a Plumber Supervisor - Plumbing Manager, you directly contribute to our success by overseeing our company's daily operations and assisting your plumbing team with various tasks or projects. You help our current plumbers excel at their work as well as recruit and hire new top-notch plumbers as needed. Always approachable, you provide technical and troubleshooting support for your team, review their work, and provide appropriate training. Passionate about quality, safety, and customer service, you lead by example and inspire your team of plumbers to take pride in their work. You answer questions cheerfully and with the goal of helping everyone succeed.

While you do spend a lot of time out in the field, you are also organized and keep on top of all your administrative duties. WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR PLUMBER SUPERVISOR - PLUMBING MANAGER

• 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing
• Applicable knowledge of code compliance, safety, quality control, business development, project management, and estimating
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
